Monkey beach house is designed to accommodate 1 to 10 people comfortably.

Contact us with your preferred booking dates and the number of guests and we will send you the appropriate rate. The house is rented on a self -catering basis but comes with a cook and housekeeper to make your holiday enjoyable.

The house has 5 bedrooms and is only rented to one group/family  at a time.

The rate quoted is for the entire house and not individual rooms.

Entire house: You'll have the house to yourself. This is to ensure maximum privacy and comfort during your stay.

The rates quoted are inclusive of housekeeping and cook services.  We offer discounts for smaller groups (1- 6 people). Please contact us for details.

(Quoted rates apply to both residents and non-residents).

 

Note : Easter, Christmas &New Year holidays attract higher rates.

 Discounts are available for stays of more than 7 days.

​​An additional bed may also be added at an extra charge of 10% of the quoted rate per night per adult and 5% per night for a child under 12 yrs.A baby cot is available at no extra cost.

Please note that an enquiry is treated as just an enquiry until it is confirmed by payment of a deposit. We operate on a strict 'first come, first served' policy and can only confirm your booking upon receipt of your deposit.
