​The house is designed to accommodate 10 people comfortably. This is the maximum occupancy and it includes all adults, children, infants, and babies, without exception. Booking will be cancelled if more than 10 guests arrive at the property.

Book the ground floor for 4 pax only

Book the first floor for 6 pax only

Book the entire house for 10 pax only

A baby cot is available at no extra cost.

Contact us with your preferred booking dates and the number of guests, and we will send you a quote and terms of rental. Quoted rates apply to both residents and non-residents.

The maximum occupancy must always be adhered to and includes children of all ages.

External or unregistered visitors are not permitted at the property.

The owner reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking and terminate the rental agreement without notice.

​No refund/ compensation, will be provided. The original booker will remain liable for any additional charges, damages, or losses arising from violation of rental terms.

The house is rented on a self-catering basis but comes with a cook and housekeeper to make your holiday enjoyable. The rates quoted are inclusive of housekeeping and cook services.
